SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Location
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our facility in California, United States. 

International Shipping & DDP
We support international shipping to various international destinations, including South Korea. All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Processing Time & Temporary Closure Notice
Standard orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that our facility may occasionally close temporarily for up to two (2) weeks due to operational breaks. During these periods, order processing and shipping will be paused. A notice specifying the exact closure dates and expected shipping delays will be prominently displayed on our website in advance. By placing an order during a announced closure period, you acknowledge and agree to the extended handling time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on carrier capacity and customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Tokeilab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please document the packaging immediately and contact our customer support team within 5 days.
