3. Customs Duties and Taxes DDP vs DDU Hybrid Model
We operate on a hybrid shipping model to provide international watch modders with the best balance between affordable delivery rates and seamless customs clearance.

    • For orders processed through our duties-paid shipping lanes to the United Kingdom and European Union, all import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees are paid seamlessly at checkout in USD. You will experience no customs delays or unexpected fees upon arrival.
  • Duties Unpaid DDU Regions and Rest of World 🌍
    • For all other international countries, local import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and courier administrative handling surcharges are not collected at checkout.
    • If your order exceeds your country's designated tax-free threshold, you are legally and financially responsible for paying these fees directly to your local carrier or customs office upon arrival.
  • Important Notice on Import Consolidation ⚠️
    • All DDU shipments are processed according to local customs regulations. Even if your order with us is under your country's tax-free threshold, local customs may consolidate multiple international packages if they arrive at the customs checkpoint on the same day.
    • If the combined value of our package and your other international purchases from separate shops exceeds the local limit, duties, taxes, and handling fees will be applied by your government. This is a standard customs procedure worldwide and is the sole financial responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Insurance and Lost Packages
  • Every international parcel automatically includes full shipping insurance via Shipsurance for your peace of mind.
  • Lost Package Procedure: In the rare event of a lost shipment, carriers require a 2 to 3 week verification cushion period before a formal claim can be processed. Refunds or store credits cannot be issued until the insurance underwriter provides final approval.
6. Return and Refund Policy
  • Shipping Fees: All shipping costs paid by the customer at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: All returns due to a change of mind (buyer remorse) are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging. Items must be returned in their original unused and unaltered condition.
  • Original Shipping Cost Deduction: The original shipping fees paid for the shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount for change of mind returns.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping back to our facility unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • Non-Returnable Items: All eGift cards and digital vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
7. Payment and Billing Currency
  • USD Transactions: All transactions for the USA 🇺🇸 and our active global regions are processed strictly in USD (US Dollars).
  • International Conversion: Your local bank or credit card issuer will automatically convert the USD total to your local currency on your monthly statement.
