We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our main headquarters in Orange, California (USA).

1. Processing & Delivery Times
Current Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Carrier Options
USA Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Available Carriers: USPS (Ground Advantage & Priority), UPS (Ground & 2nd Day Air), and FedEx (2 Day).
International Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout for our 30 eligible countries listed below.
Available Carriers: UPS (Express Expedited), FedEx (International Connect Plus), and DHL (eCommerce Parcel Direct & Express Worldwide).
Eligible Countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

3. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (DDP vs. DDU)
To ensure a seamless, worry-free shopping experience without unexpected customs delays or hidden fees, we operate primarily on an All-Inclusive DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) pricing model.
Duties Paid (DDP Countries): For over 150 countries—including the UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and parts of Asia—all import duties and taxes are included in your checkout total. You will not owe any additional fees upon delivery.
Duties Unpaid Exceptions (DDU Countries): Due to strict local customs regulations, we cannot collect upfront duties for Brazil, India, South Africa, and select regions in Central/South America and the Middle East. Orders to these areas ship DDU. Your checkout total will exclude local taxes, and you will be responsible for paying any import duties or brokerage fees directly to the courier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) upon arrival.

4. Courier Flexibility & Shipping Optimization
To get your parts to you as quickly and safely as possible, we reserve the right to optimize and change the international carrier for your order without prior notice.
Why we do this: International customs regulations, remote area surcharges, and local courier performance fluctuate daily. Our logistics team reviews every single international shipment in real-time to select the best-performing courier for your exact destination.
Our Guarantee: We will always maintain or upgrade your delivery speed. We will never downgrade an express shipment to a slower standard postal service without your explicit consent.

5. Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages
Comprehensive Coverage: For your peace of mind, all domestic shipments (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and international shipments (DHL, FedEx, UPS) automatically include shipping insurance.
Lost Package Procedure: In the unfortunate event that a package is lost, insurance claims cannot be filed immediately. A 2 to 3-week cushion period is required by the carrier before a claim can be submitted. We cannot issue refunds or store credits until we receive a final approval decision from the insurance firm.

6. Return & Refund Policy (Restocking Fee & Shipping Deduction)
Shipping Fees: All shipping costs paid by the customer at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: To cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs, all returns due to a change of mind (buyer's remorse) are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
Original Shipping Cost Deduction: If you request a return and refund due to a change of mind, the original shipping fees paid for the shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping back to our facility unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

[Special Provisions for EU Customers Only]
Pursuant to European Union consumer protection regulations, residents of the EU have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
* 100% Buyer's Shipping Responsibility: The buyer is fully and 100% responsible for all shipping expenses. You must prepay for the return shipping entirely out of pocket. The original shipping fee paid at checkout is strictly non-refundable and will be entirely deducted from your final refund.
* Opened Items & Diminished Value Deductions: To qualify for a withdrawal, parts must be returned in their brand-new, original, and factory-sealed condition. If our inspection reveals that the items have been opened, handled beyond necessity, or altered, a diminished value fee ranging from 50% up to 100% will be strictly applied and deducted from your refund.
* Unboxing Video Inspection: To ensure compliance and prevent fraudulent returns, our fulfillment center video records the entire unboxing and physical verification process of all incoming return packages.
* Strict Exemptions: Any customized components or parts that have been assembled, installed, or scratched during a build attempt are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Payment Information
All transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars). Final billing amounts may vary slightly depending on your local currency exchange rates and bank processing fees.
